Nicholas Howard

Mr. Howard’s practice is primarily focused on first-party insurance defense litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Howard represented personal injury plaintiffs in litigation. Before that, Mr. Howard gained a wide range of experience practicing insurance defense, criminal defense, family and immigration law.

Mr. Howard earned his B.A. in Philosophy at Baylor University in 2008 before getting his J.D. with one of the last graduating classes of the Texas Wesleyan University School of Law (now Texas A&M University School of Law). In law school, Mr. Howard made the dean’s list and achieved the highest grade of his class in Constitutional Law.

Outside of the practice of law, Mr. Howard enjoys spending time with family, getting outside, and is a longtime avid “Gooner,” a fan of Arsenal Football Club.
