Commercial Real Estate Transactions
Our lawyers represent both sellers and buyers in commercial real estate transactions. When representing sellers, we review inspection reports, perform and coordinate due diligence efforts, and analyze the structuring of financing arrangements related to the transaction. When representing buyers, we supervise the due diligence, including an analysis of any environmental or structural concerns, review the title reports, and evaluate zoning for the client’s intended use of the property. We regularly represent clients in all aspects of real estate transactions including:
- Drafting or review of purchase and sales agreements
- Drafting and reviewing retail, industrial and office leases
- Drafting and review of commercial contracts
- Supervising the real estate closing
- Reviewing and preparing commercial and residential real estate loan documentation, including promissory notes, loan agreements, mortgages, and guaranty agreements

We represent clients in real estate litigation. Our trial attorneys are experienced in handling disputes between commercial landlords and tenants, buyers and sellers of real estate, and between borrowers and lenders in a myriad of real estate related disputes and construction litigation.
